What The Trusted Traveler Will NOT Deliver:
Anything that is hazardous, flammable, combustible, corrosive, or anything that is illegal, unlawful, or forbidden by any governing authority at the point of pick-up or delivery. The Trusted Traveler reserves the right to inspect all packages.

How will my package be met when it arrives?
The Trusted Traveler will deliver and release the package at the specified location and only to the person designated on the Identification and Release (IRP) Form.
How Does the Identification and Release (IRP) Form Work?
The IRP form is a secure form that only The Trusted Traveler and our clients see. This proprietary information is necessary to insure the safe and secure delivery of the package to the proper people. For instance, if the people on the receiving end do not have information that matches the IRP form, we will not release that package until The Trusted Traveler properly verifies them. |
